Mr. Antonio Alves Benjamim Neto is a physician, cardiovascular surgeon and Chief Executive Officer of Kora Saúde. In 2001 he founded Hospital Meridional Cariacica, which gave rise to Rede Meridional and, later, to Kora Saúde group. Graduated in Medicine from the Higher School of Sciences of the Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Vitória and medical residency in General Surgery at Hucam-Ufes. with specialization in Vascular Surgery at UFRJ. He has more than 25 years of previous experience as a surgeon at H. Estadual São Lucas, H. Praia da Costa and H. Estadual Antônio Bezerra de Farias and as Treasurer Director of Regional Medical Council/ES and Treasurer Director of Cooperative of Angiologists and Vascular Surgeons/ES.

Alexandre Augusto Olivieri is an experienced and versatile executive, with over 25 years of leadership in senior financial management and a strong track record across Finance, Operations, Technology, and Strategic Transformation in large organizations across multiple industries. He holds a degree in Production Engineering from Poli-USP, a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV, and an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Italy. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated the ability to operate in complex environments and consistently deliver results. He spent 10 years in strategic consulting at McKinsey & Company and has over two decades of experience as a C-level executive in large corporations and private equity-backed companies, leading significant transformation initiatives, M&A processes, and operational efficiency programs across sectors such as healthcare, retail, consumer goods, and infrastructure.

 

Lorena Morelato is a psychologist, specialist in Strategic People Management and in Management of Clinics and Hospitals and holds the position of Director People and Management at Kora Saúde. She has solid experience in the People and Management area, with experience in the implementation of the HRBP area, project leadership in the areas of Organizational Development, Culture & Climate, Attraction & Selection, Compensation Programs, Personnel Expense Management, handling labor and union claims and direct administration of HR Operations areas.

Marcio Machado is an economist and accountant with a degree from UCAN-RJ and an MBA from Coppead UFRJ. He holds the position of Director of Operations at Kora Saúde. He has over 7 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a long experience in finance and operations. He was the Controllership and Financial Planning Officer at Estácio and auditor at pwc.

Alex Julian is bachelor in technology, specialist both in finance and project management technology and holds the position of CTO at Kora Saúde. He has more than 20 years of professional experience, 10 of which in executive positions in healthcare, financial and services market segment.

Graduated in Pharmacy, specialist in Hospital Pharmacy from UNIVIX, with an MBA in Health Management, and an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, both from FGV.
Acting since 2002 in the hospital area, both in the public and private service, she has experience in the various areas of supplies: pharmacy, warehouse, purchases and contracts in addition to knowledge of the hospital operation.
She has been working at Kora Saúde for 14 years, this being her second time at the company. She is currently responsible for the Corporate Procurement Department, with a focus on reducing costs, improving the quality of purchased products and services, inventory management, process improvement and the integration of new Kora Saúde units.

Diogo Fernandes holds a degree in accounting sciences from Faculdade UNA and an executive MBA from IBMEC. Currently Diogo holds the position of Accounting Director at Kora Saúde. He has 11 years of experience as head of accounting and controllership for publicly traded companies, he also was an EY auditor for 5 years.
