Mr. Antonio Alves Benjamim Neto is a physician, cardiovascular surgeon and Chief Executive Officer of Kora Saúde. In 2001 he founded Hospital Meridional Cariacica, which gave rise to Rede Meridional and, later, to Kora Saúde group. Graduated in Medicine from the Higher School of Sciences of the Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Vitória and medical residency in General Surgery at Hucam-Ufes. with specialization in Vascular Surgery at UFRJ. He has more than 25 years of previous experience as a surgeon at H. Estadual São Lucas, H. Praia da Costa and H. Estadual Antônio Bezerra de Farias and as Treasurer Director of Regional Medical Council/ES and Treasurer Director of Cooperative of Angiologists and Vascular Surgeons/ES.

Mr. Elias Leal Lima is the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer. Between 2019 and January 2023, he served as the Company’s M&A and Integration Officer, in addition to being a member of the Company’s Board of Directors between 2018 and 2021. He has prior experience as an analyst at Pátria Investimentos (July 2012 to August 2015) and as an investment professional at H.I.G. Capital (September 2015 to September 2019).

Lorena Morelato is a psychologist, specialist in Strategic People Management and in Management of Clinics and Hospitals and holds the position of Director People and Management at Kora Saúde. She has solid experience in the People and Management area, with experience in the implementation of the HRBP area, project leadership in the areas of Organizational Development, Culture & Climate, Attraction & Selection, Compensation Programs, Personnel Expense Management, handling labor and union claims and direct administration of HR Operations areas.

Marcio Machado is an economist and accountant with a degree from UCAN-RJ and an MBA from Coppead UFRJ. He holds the position of Director of Operations at Kora Saúde. He has over 7 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a long experience in finance and operations. He was the Controllership and Financial Planning Officer at Estácio and auditor at pwc.

Michel Castro Santana, Commercial and Marketing Director at Kora Saúde, graduated in business administration, MBA in business management and marketing, has been working in the health sector for over 13 years. Developed carrer in finance, business, commercial and marketing. Professional background in large companies: Vivo, Grupo Fleury, Grupo Oncoclínicas and United Health Group.

Alex Julian is bachelor in technology, specialist both in finance and project management technology and holds the position of CTO at Kora Saúde. He has more than 20 years of professional experience, 10 of which in executive positions in healthcare, financial and services market segment.

Daniel Pangracio Ahouagi Cunha is an engineer, graduated at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and currently holds the position of Chief Integration and Operational Excellence Officer at Kora Saúde. He has more than 7 years of experience in the financial market, with a long experience in Private Equity at H.I.G. Capital, executing value creation projects in several investees of the portfolio. Daniel was responsible for leading all the integrations carried out so far by the Company, in addition to managing several strategic projects over the years

Graduated in Pharmacy, specialist in Hospital Pharmacy from UNIVIX, with an MBA in Health Management, and an MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, both from FGV.
Acting since 2002 in the hospital area, both in the public and private service, she has experience in the various areas of supplies: pharmacy, warehouse, purchases and contracts in addition to knowledge of the hospital operation.
She has been working at Kora Saúde for 14 years, this being her second time at the company. She is currently responsible for the Corporate Procurement Department, with a focus on reducing costs, improving the quality of purchased products and services, inventory management, process improvement and the integration of new Kora Saúde units.

Diogo Fernandes holds a degree in accounting sciences from Faculdade UNA and an executive MBA from IBMEC. Currently Diogo holds the position of Accounting Director at Kora Saúde. He has 11 years of experience as head of accounting and controllership for publicly traded companies, he also was an EY auditor for 5 years.

Thiago Lima Freitas Nogueira is an executive with extensive experience in finance, operations, and commercial roles, acquired over more than 15 years in companies such as GE, Whirlpool, ALL, BrMalls, and Saphyr. With a background in business administration and specializations in finance from FGV and INSPER, as well as an MBA in Strategic Management from UFPR, Thiago held the position of Chief Financial Officer at DASA from 2020 to 2024, excelling in the healthcare sector.
